Cooking with Teagan...

We made meatloaf.



She was a bit afraid of cracking the egg - for fear that she would get shell in the dish. I showed her how and she did the second one herself!




She combined the ingredients but did not want to get her hands messy!





She seemed to be enjoying herself.




Then we made salad for dinner.




She really enjoyed using the salad spinner!

Spending time with very precious friends is always a joy!





Sharing a special place is also a joy!





If only we lived closer and could do this more often!!!!

The colorful tree!

Most of the fall foliage is gone but as I looked out from my deck, I noticed one tree which must be in a microclimate and the leaves have not yet fallen.




So, I took the above photo...
