Your correct! The newly rebuilt McD's opened this morning at 1 AM. The crew made it there within the first hour as a late night treat. Me - well all the crew wanted to go back for lunch today with me! That is twice in about 12 hours! Besides - everything was half price today! I guess they have all had McD withdrawal during the last few months of renovation!

when you don't go on vacation you have to find local events, cheap events, that make the summer seem like it was truly 1 big vacation! :-)
I think that you are one of the most creative mom's I know! The only time I ever got up in the middle of the night was when we had to chase farm animals who got out! Perhaps the very worst night of my life was the night when the neighbor's llama decided to go wandering about 2 AM and spooked our dairy cows! The cows were easy compared to the llama. Did you ever try to catch a llama at 2 AM?
